01 · How it began
Small shop. Big steam.
The crew It all started in a tiny 250–300 sq. ft. shop — nervous, messy, and full of dreams (and steam).
We didn’t know what would happen. We just wanted to make ramen that hit the soul.
02 · The bowl
Then came the Fire Bowl.
Fire Bowl Somehow, the word spread. People lined up for hours for the Fire Bowl — the one that started it all.
Years later, it’s still the one no one forgets.
03 · The chef
Chef Sanket.
Chef Sanket Trained under master chefs in the US and UAE, and honed his skills in esteemed Japanese restaurants. Combine that expert training with a lifelong love for anime — and Ichiraku’s was born.
04 · The room
